HOW TO PLAY BEKELAN

I'm Monika Rio Apriana, NPM 16321028. I will explain about one of the traditional games in Indonesia.   Do you ever hear bekelen? Bekelean is originated from West Java. Bekelen are usually played by two people or more than two people alternately. This game is more often played by girls, but not possible if boys also play bekelan. Bekelan is a type of a competition game. The Tools needed to play bekelan: 1. Small ball. 2. Five kecik. This kecik has 4 sides. 3. The game requires is a flat surface area such as ceramics. The rules of the bekelan: 1. Should not touch another kecik besides the session. 2. Should not use 2 hands in holding all the kecik. 3. If the player when spreading kecik, all is facing up / the term "mlumah" or all of them facing down / the term "buk", then have to repeat from the beginning. 4. May take a smaller margin, then the required amount. Such as session 5 kecik, 2 pieces of kecik taken at the beginning, then 3 kecik.   ...

SOERJO MONUMENT

Soerjo monument is one of historical monuments in Ngawi. This monument is located in Ngawi-Solo street, Pelanglor village, Kedunggalar, Ngawi, East Java. It was opened for public on Oktober 28, 1975. Soerjo Monument was built   as a sign of honor from the citizen of East Java, especially citizen of Ngawi, to the first East Java governor,     Raden Mas Tumenggung Aryo Soerjo and the two assistants, Kombes M. Duryat and Kompol Suroko who were killed by PKI under The leader of Maladi Yusuf when crossing the forest area of ​​Kedunggalar on 10 September 1948. FORTRESS OF VAN DEN BOSCH

Fortress   Van Den Bosch is one of the historical places in Ngawi and   still frequently visited by tourists until now. This Fortress is located in Palem   village, Ngawi, East Java. This building is still well cared, so the condition of the fortress is still good. In 2013 the caretakers built labyrinth garden next to the entrance after getting fund from the government. To get in and enjoy the scenery of this place, visitors only need to pay Rp. 5000 per person. There are some facilities such as parking area, cafetaria, pendopo, bathroom   and green park.   This fortress has a unique and beautiful scenery. This place was built on 1839-1845 by the government of Dutch East Indies. This building was built to be lower than the ground sorrounding it on purpuse.   The purpuse is to make it not visible from outside. And then the Javanese called it Benteng Pendem .
